Meet Cathie

Cathie Lively's real estate career started in the late 80s after some years working with a Member of Parliament. Her early years were more geared toward Commercial Real Estate however with the downturn in the real estate market in the early 90s she changed her direction to Residential Real Estate. Cathie today enjoys assisting Buyers and Sellers in both Residential and Commercial Real Estate.

Cathie considers it a great honour when Buyers and Sellers ask her and the Lively Group to assist in purchasing real estate. Knowing very well that no two Buyers or Sellers are alike she makes it her mission to cover off the finer points of what they are looking for in Real Estate Services. Cathie believes a good client relationship is more than just the sale because of this attitude Cathie Lively has maintained long term relationships with many Buyers and Sellers that have not only been repeat clients but have referred many more Buyers and Sellers.

Cathie has many interests aside from Real Estate two of which are Physical Fitness and Reading, she believes both have enriched her life tremendously. Cathie also has a great affection for animals she couldn't be happier than when she is in the presence of little ones. It doesn't matter what type of animal in Cathie's eyes they are all very precious.

Meet David

David Essex came to the Lively Group from a successful sales background. Having been in sales for many years prior to obtaining his real estate license he appreciates that not all Buyers and Sellers are the same. He understands and respects what may work for one Buyer may not necessarily work for another and the same goes for Sellers. David takes time to really understand how a Buyer or Seller likes things done in doing so he very often succeeds in exceeding their expectations.

Aside from Real Estate David's passion is cars - he enjoys anything and everything to do with cars whether it be the mechanics, the performance or the car itself - whenever the topic of conversation is cars David offers his undivided attention.

David also enjoys animals in general, personally he has enjoyed dogs in his life however with his busy lifestyle it is difficult for him to care for a little one for this reason he enjoys everyone elses.

David Essex has been a Lively Group member since 1997 he is committed to making all Buyer's and Seller's Real Estate experience a great one.
